My Journey
I grew up immersed in a spiritual atmosphere thanks to my mother, who has been studying yoga since I was a child and started teaching in my teenage years. It was in my early 20s that my daily asana practice began and has never left.
My passion for multiple disciplines since I was a kid led me to first study international cooperation and development at La Sapienza in Rome, where I am from, before travelling overseas for my first spiritual and meditative initiation. Upon returning to Italy, I worked as the manager of an international holistic and spiritual school, The Transmission School, deepening my practical experience in human potential and healing, self-inquiry and spirituality, as well as gardening and cooking.
Fascinated by the power that food has on our whole being in all its aspects, I later studied macrobiotics in the UK at the International Macrobiotic School, worked in different macrobiotic and holistic centres and then focused on plant-based cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in London to expand my studies in refined cuisine.
The interconnected physical, mental, and emotional health of a person, seen in their entirety and alongside spiritual connection, became my central interest. Health not seen as the absence of disease, but as a state of thriving that a human being can achieve. This led me to delve more deeply into healing and spirituality by studying Yoga, Ayurveda, and bodywork in India, which inspired me to offer Yoga and Ayurvedic treatments while dedicating increasing time to yoga asana and meditation practice.
All the life experiences that have brought me here have allowed me to see the world, meet many people, and connect with several spiritual traditions.
What has always resonated most deeply with me is the language of nature, my greatest teacher. It is thanks to her that I co-organise and guide pilgrimages in Europe and Asia.
Today, I weave together all this knowledge and these traditions in my work with and for people, continuing to nourish my understanding and sensitivity through travel and study around the world.

Nourishment Beyond the Plate
Eating is not only for getting nourishment and energy; it embraces all aspects of life.
When in tune with nature, anything one does is in harmony with the whole.
I am choosing the kitchen as an expression of wholeness and love since I perceive it as the heart of oneself or a group, the core, the deepest essence. When I cook for groups, myself, events, or family, I want people to feel nourished in their stomachs and hearts.
My passion for years has been to cook consciously and with intention, especially in supporting people in their transformations, in their work and lives. The different cuisines, cultures, and studies, from my Italian roots to International traditions, have inspired my creativity and growth; I can now integrate them for the holistic well-being of those I have the privilege to cook for and inspire anyone to live an independent, healthy life.
I create food and menus tailored to the needs of different people, in harmony with the season, body and emotions, and, of course, with what the land has to offer. Healthy, local, and organic food for people's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.
I intend to inspire others to take care of their complete well-being by integrating conscious practices in all aspects of life (healthy cooking and lifestyle, meditation, physical activities) by teaching cooking classes, as a private chef and through one-on-one classes and consultations.
My kitchen is international with an Italian soul. I can cook vegetarian, plant-based, macrobiotic, gluten-free, sugar-free, lactose-free, nourishing and satisfying dishes.
