About Me

I'm a plant-based and vegetarian chef living in London and born and raised in Rome, Italy, where food, family, and culture are inseparable parts of life. My earliest memories are rooted in the kitchen, helping my grandmothers prepare fresh pasta during family celebrations. Cooking was never just a task—it was a language of love passed down through generations.

My culinary journey began informally, shaped by three great teachers: the cultural richness of Italy, the women in my family, and the land itself. In my early twenties, I moved to Tuscany, where I lived in a vibrant community with a thriving vegetable garden and a kitchen at its heart. There, I discovered the deep connection between growing food and cooking it, and began exploring the world of vegetarian and plant-based cuisine.

For several years, I cooked for large groups, weddings, and retreats, refining my skills through practice and passion. Later, I moved to London and worked in the kitchen of a macrobiotic education centre, where I deepened my understanding of food as a foundation for health. This experience led me to study at the International Macrobiotic School in Totnes, UK and then to work in the Macrobiotic Centre in Berlin.

Driven by the desire to combine creativity with solid technique, I went on to complete the Plant-Based Culinary Arts program at Le Cordon Bleu, London. This formal training allowed me to bring new ideas to life and transform them into beautifully crafted, nourishing dishes.

Today, I work internationally as a private chef and at wellness retreats, events, and celebrations across Europe. My cooking is inspired by nature, rooted in seasonality, and guided by a deep respect for the ingredients and the people I serve.

Nourishment Beyond the Plate

Eating is more than fueling the body — it is a way of living, connecting, and loving. When we live in tune with nature, everything we do falls into harmony with the whole. In that rhythm, cooking becomes not just a practice, but a form of expression, healing, and care.

The kitchen, to me, is the heart of a person, a family, a gathering. It is where energy is transformed, where emotions find comfort, and where love takes form through food. Whether I’m cooking for a retreat, an event, a private dinner, or for myself, my intention is always the same: to nourish deeply, both body and soul.

For years, I’ve dedicated myself to intentional cooking and connecting health and wellbeing to delicious dishes. Inspired by my Italian heritage and enriched by international traditions, I’ve learned to combine flavour, creativity, and holistic principles to support people through transformation in their health, work, and life journeys.

Every dish I create is rooted in seasonality, local ingredients, and the emotional and physical needs of the people I cook for. I believe food should meet you where you are — whether that means comforting, energising, cleansing, or simply bringing joy.

My kitchen is international with an Italian soul, offering different options as plant-based, vegetarian, macrobiotic, gluten-free, sugar-free, and lactose-free meals that are as satisfying as they are nourishing.

Ultimately, my mission is to support people's lives through food cooked with intention and presence, helping others embrace food not just as sustenance, but as a daily practice of love, balance, and health.
